Google review management that wins the map pack.
Our lead generation service wins the organic result. This service wins the Google map pack, the block of three businesses with a map that sits above everything else. Run together, a contractor owns the whole first screen a homeowner sees.
Google review management is the engine of that: we produce the review flow that ranks your Google Business Profile, answer every review quickly, keep the profile accurate, and track your position across your entire service area instead of from one convenient spot.
The three results above everything else.
Type "septic repair near me" or "fence company in my town" on a phone and the first thing on the screen is not a website. It is a map with three businesses under it, each with a star rating, a call button, and a directions button. Everything else, including the best organic result on the page, sits below that.
That placement is why the map pack takes the majority of the clicks on local service searches. It answers the question the homeowner actually has, which is who is close, who is rated well, and how do I reach them right now. Many of those searches never produce a website visit at all, because the homeowner taps call directly from the map.
That is also why the two services belong together. If you only rank organically, you win the reader who scrolls and compares. If you only rank in the map pack, you win the person in a hurry. Holding both means the homeowner has to work to find your competitor.
Three factors, in plain English.
Google says local ranking comes down to proximity, prominence, and relevance. Here is what each one means for a contractor.
Proximity
How close your business address is to the person searching. You cannot change where a homeowner is standing, and you should not fake an address. What you can do is make sure the profile is correct, the service area is set properly, and the categories match the work, so you show up everywhere you legitimately can.
Prominence
How well known and well regarded your business looks to Google. Reviews are the loudest part of this: how many, how recent, how often they get answered. Mentions of your company elsewhere on the web feed into it too. This is the factor you have the most room to move.
Relevance
How closely your profile matches what was typed. Categories, services listed, the language in your description, and the words your customers use in their reviews all tell Google what you actually do. A profile set to a vague category loses to a specific one every time.
Five pillars.
Prominence and relevance are the parts you can actually move. These five pieces are how we move them.
Review Generation
Automated review requests by text and email, timed to the moment the job wraps, sent to every customer.
Review Responses
Every review gets a written response, drafted for you and posted quickly, including the hard ones.
Social Repurposing
Five-star reviews turned into clean branded social posts, so the asset you already earned gets used.
Reactivation Campaigns
Past-customer lists re-engaged to pull in reviews and rebook repeat work in the same campaign.
Reporting Dashboard
Grid-based map pack rank tracking, review velocity, rating trend, response time, and calls from your profile.
What we will not do to your profile.
We never gate reviews. There is no survey in front of the link that quietly routes happy customers to Google and unhappy ones to a private feedback form. Google prohibits it, and it corrupts the exact signal your next customer is relying on.
We never generate fake reviews. Not from staff, not from friends, not from a service. Fake reviews are deceptive advertising, the FTC treats them that way, and Google removes them in sweeps that take real reviews down with them.
We never buy reviews or offer anything in exchange for one. No discounts, no gift cards, no entries in a drawing. An incentivized review is against Google policy and against FTC rules on endorsements, and the risk lands on your profile, not on ours.
What is left is the honest version of this work: ask every customer, ask at the right time, answer everyone quickly, keep the profile accurate, and measure it properly. It is slower than the shortcuts and it is the only version that survives.
Ranking gets the phone to ring.
Everything above is about getting found and getting trusted. It only pays if the call gets answered and turned into a booked job, which is a separate piece of work: an AI receptionist covering nights and weekends, instant response on every form and missed call, comments turned into conversations, and a website built to convert. That runs under our lead response automation service.
