How the work gets measured

Most business owners have never seen what their ranking actually looks like.

Someone tells you that you rank third for your main service and it sounds like a fact. It is not. Map pack position changes with where the searcher is physically standing, so there is no single rank number that describes your business.

You can be first from your own parking lot and invisible three miles away, in a neighborhood full of people who would have hired you. A single number hides that completely. A grid does not.

The grid

One search term, forty nine locations.

Each dot is the same search run from a different point around the business. The number is the map position from that spot. Switch the toggle to see the difference between a profile that has been left alone and one that has been worked on for months.

Notice that the edges stay weaker even in the second state. That is what real progress looks like. Proximity still matters, and anyone showing you a perfect green square is showing you something that did not happen.

What we run

The actual work behind the grid.

Grouped by what it does, not by what it sounds like. Everything here is work we deliver ourselves.

Google Business Profile

Profile optimization covering the business description, the services list and their descriptions, attributes, and social links. Automated posts, offers, images, and video. Alerts when something on the profile changes.

Google Business Profile and reviews

Reviews and reputation

Automated review requests by text and email, automated replies, follow up when a customer does not respond, and five star reviews turned into social posts. Request analytics show where customers drop off, and reviews are backed up in case Google removes any.

how the review system works

Citations and listings

Business data pushed out to directory integrations and data aggregators, name, address and phone consistency across them, duplicate listing detection, and sync with the Google profile. This is an add on rather than part of the base work.

AI search visibility

Rank reporting across Gemini, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Grok, Llama, and Claude, plus schema and FAQ markup on the website that helps those systems understand what the business does and where it works.

AI search visibility

Website and content

Search work on the site you already own or a new one built to rank, structured schema markup, FAQ sections, and widgets that pull posts, reviews, and images onto the site.

Lead response

An AI receptionist that answers every call, speed to lead that responds to a form or a missed call in seconds, and comment to lead that turns social comments into real conversations.

Reporting

What lands in your inbox.

  • Monthly before and after heatmap comparisons, so movement is visible instead of described.
  • Up to ten tracked keywords, chosen for the work you actually want more of.
  • AI platform rank reports covering the assistants people are starting to ask instead of Google.
  • A full log of every action taken on the profile and the site, so the work is not a black box.
Straight about the limits

What we do not claim.

We are new. We do not have client case studies yet, and we are not going to invent them. When we have real results, with the client's permission, they will appear on this page with their name on them.

We do not promise a specific ranking position or a date. Anyone who does is guessing at a system they do not control.

Rank improvement percentages are easy to inflate by starting from a low base, so we report positions and lead actions instead of percentages.

Any estimated lead value figure is an estimate, not revenue. Your books are the only place revenue lives.

The same rules are written out on the page about who runs this and they do not change once you are a client.

Start a conversation

See your own grid.

Tell us the business and the town and we will look at where you actually show up, not where a single rank number says you do.

If the profile is already in good shape and the problem is somewhere else, we will tell you that.

What are you interested in?

Pick as many as you like, or none if you are not sure yet.

No obligation. We will tell you straight what we would do.
