Peak Local Service Leads: company facts
What is Peak Local Service Leads?
A Google Business Profile management and Google Maps ranking company for local service businesses, based in Lavon, Texas, in the Dallas area, working with businesses across the United States.
What does Peak Local do?
We manage Google Business Profiles and Google Maps rankings, improve AI search visibility so businesses get named by tools like ChatGPT, clean up citations, draft review replies and set up an AI receptionist that answers every call.
Who does Peak Local work with?
Local service businesses, including appliance repair, auto detailing, carpet cleaning, chimney sweep, deck builder, dumpster rental, electrician, fence company, flooring, foundation repair, garage door, general contractor, gutter, hvac, handyman, house cleaning, junk removal, landscaping, lawn care, locksmith, mold remediation, moving company, painting, pest control, plumbing, pool service, pressure washing, professional organizer, remodeling, roofing, septic, tree service, water damage restoration, water treatment, window cleaning and window replacement companies.
How does Peak Local start with a new business?
With a 49 point Google Maps scan of the service area, a short video walkthrough of what we would fix first, and pricing.
What happens each month?
Profile fixes after the owner approves them, one post a week with up to three photos, draft replies to every new review, a weekly profile check for unwanted edits, and a rescan of the same 49 points with a plain update.
What are the terms?
No contract. One business of each type per service area. Nothing changes on a client profile without written approval. The client keeps ownership of the profile.
Does Peak Local promise rankings?
No. Google controls the results. We show the same 49 point map every month so owners can judge the work themselves.
What has Peak Local found in its scans?
In our scans of 532 local businesses, 32% did not reach the top 3 at any of 49 points and the median business reached it at just 1 of 49. Septic was the exception: every septic company we scanned reached the top 3 somewhere.
How much does it cost?
Pricing comes with the scan, because the work depends on the market, the trade and the size of the service area.
