AI Website

Most contractor websites are brochures that got built once and then abandoned. They leak calls in three predictable ways: the phone number is buried below three screens of scrolling, the site takes too long to load on a phone, and there is no way to book anything, so an interested homeowner has to work to contact you.

We build the version that does not leak. Fast, built for a phone first, the number and the booking button visible immediately, service pages that match what homeowners actually type, and a chat widget wired into the same inbox and calendar as everything else we run for you.

How it works

How we run the website.

Mobile and speed come first because that is the reality of local service search. The overwhelming majority of "near me" searches for trades happen on a phone, often outdoors, often on a weak signal, frequently with a problem that just started. A site that takes several seconds to show something loses a share of those people before they ever see your name. So the build is lean: real images sized properly, no heavy sliders, no stacked tracking scripts, nothing decorative that costs load time.

The number sits above the fold and stays reachable, and it is tappable everywhere it appears. Next to it sits a booking button, because the two ways a homeowner wants to act are call now or put it on a calendar. Everything else on the page exists to support one of those two actions. Contact information at the bottom of a long homepage is a design choice that costs jobs.

Service pages are structured around how people search rather than how you organize your business internally. Separate pages for the distinct jobs you do, with the town and the trade in the language a homeowner uses, plus the practical detail they want before they call: what the work involves, what affects the price, how fast you can get out. That is what makes a page worth ranking and worth reading once it ranks.

Then it connects to the rest of the system. Chat widget, forms, and phone all feed the same inbox as the AI receptionist and speed to lead, and the booking calendar is the same calendar. So a homeowner who types a question at ten at night gets an answer, and one who books on the site takes a real slot that your crew sees in the morning. One system, not a website sitting off to the side by itself.

Straight answers

Common questions about the website.

How is this different from the sites in your lead generation service?
Those are sites we own and operate and send you the calls from. This is your own website, built for your company, in your name, connected to your phone and calendar. Different arrangement, same standards on speed and conversion.
I already have a website. Can you fix it instead?
Sometimes. If the platform it sits on is fundamentally slow or cannot support booking, rebuilding is cheaper than fighting it. We will look at what you have and tell you honestly which one you are dealing with.
Do I own it?
Yes. Your domain, your content, your site. We build it and maintain it, and it stays yours.
Will it rank on Google?
A fast site with real trade and town service pages is the foundation for ranking, and we build it that way. Ranking itself is ongoing work, and the map pack side of it sits under our profile management service.

We will tell you what we would run first and why.

What are you interested in?

Pick as many as you like, or none if you are not sure yet.

No obligation. We will tell you straight what we would do.
