Small towns in Oklahoma run on local businesses. The cafe on Main Street, the heating and air company that answers the phone on a Sunday, the family funeral home, the roofer who has been fixing storm damage for twenty years. These businesses do good work. The challenge is making sure the next customer finds them before they find someone else.
That is why Peak Local Service Leads is partnering with YCCUON, the "You Can Check Us Out Now" community advertising network based in east central Oklahoma.
Who YCCUON is
YCCUON is a local advertising network founded by Jerry Riley of Jerry Riley Promotions. It combines a searchable directory of local businesses, a 24/7 WebTV channel, podcasts, digital signage screens in busy local venues, and fundraising tools for schools, teams and nonprofits.
Its home base is the Okemah area, and its directory already features businesses across Okemah, Henryetta, Okmulgee, Seminole, Shawnee, Wewoka, Holdenville, Wetumka, Bristow, Sapulpa, Stillwater and Moore. Restaurants, banks, auto dealers, funeral homes, realtors, pharmacies, churches and home service contractors all use YCCUON to stay in front of their neighbors.

Why we are partnering
YCCUON helps people discover local businesses when they are browsing the directory, watching WebTV or standing in front of a sign. Peak Local Service Leads helps those same businesses get found at the moment a customer searches Google.
When someone in Okemah types "heating and air near me," or someone in Shawnee searches "roofer," Google shows a map with three businesses at the top. Most of the calls go to those three. If a business is not in that map pack, it can be the best in town and still lose the job to a competitor. Our guide on why a business is not showing on Google Maps covers the most common causes.
Together, we cover both sides: local exposure through YCCUON's network, and Google Maps visibility through Peak Local Service Leads.
How we help Oklahoma businesses get found on Google Maps
Every business we work with starts with a map scan. We check where the business ranks on Google Maps across its whole service area, block by block, and show the results as a color coded map. Green areas are where customers find you first. Red areas are where a competitor is getting the call.
From there, the work follows the same order every time:
1. Make sure the Google Business Profile exists, is verified and is correct: the right primary category, service areas, hours and contact details.
2. Fill out the profile completely, including services, descriptions and real photos from your jobs.
3. Keep the profile active with weekly posts and ongoing updates, so Google sees a business that is open and working.
4. Help you bring in new reviews once the profile is showing up in more of the map.
Every month we rerun the scan so you can watch the map change. You stay the owner of your Google listing the whole time.
Towns and cities we serve in Oklahoma
We help businesses in the YCCUON home market and across the state of Oklahoma, including:
• Okemah and Okfuskee County: Okemah, Weleetka, Paden and Castle
• Henryetta and Okmulgee County: Henryetta, Okmulgee and Morris
• Seminole and Pottawatomie County: Seminole, Shawnee, Wewoka, Holdenville and Wetumka
• Creek County and Route 66: Bristow, Sapulpa and Stroud
• Tulsa metro: Tulsa, Broken Arrow, Jenks, Bixby, Owasso and Sand Springs
• Oklahoma City metro: Oklahoma City, Edmond, Norman, Moore, Midwest City and Yukon
• Stillwater and north central Oklahoma
Small town or big city, the Google Maps pack works the same way. In Tulsa and Oklahoma City there are more competitors in every search, which makes a complete, active profile even more important. In smaller towns, many businesses have never claimed or finished their profile at all, which means a well run listing can stand out quickly.
Who this is for
This partnership is built for owner run businesses that depend on local customers, such as:
• Heating and air, plumbing and electrical contractors
• Roofers, waterproofing and power washing companies
• Lawn care, tree service and land clearing companies
• Restaurants, cafes and coffee shops
• Funeral homes, pharmacies, florists and retail shops
• Auto repair shops and dealerships
If customers search for what you do and then call or drive to you, your Google Maps ranking matters.
